How it Works

When making your purchase, let the clerk know that you are a rewards member to begin your transaction.  You will receive 1 point for every dollar you spend on qualified merchandise.  Points can be earned from January 1st – December 15th.   Your Reward dollars must be spent within 15 days of the date you qualify – and no sooner than the next day.

Please read these rules

1. Your privacy is respected, we will not sell, rent, or provide your information to anyone.
2. Rewards dollars are earned for every dollar you spend on qualified purchases.
3. Rewards dollars are redeemable for 15 days after you qualify – and no sooner than the next day.
4. Reward points can be earned from January 1st - December 15th.  All points that are earned but unused will be void at the start of the new calendar year.
5. Returned items will show on your account and will reduce your point’s value.
6. Rewards dollars are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
7. This is an opt-in only program, you must sign up to participate.
8. We cannot postdate purchases prior to signing up.
9. Elm Creek reserves the right to change or rescind the rewards program at any time.
10. Qualified purchases will not include discontinued items, fabric (which has its own rewards program), labor, shipping and delivery cost, gift certificates and sales tax.  
11. Qualified merchandise will be at the sole discretion of Elm Creek and may change without notice.
